At FCA, Human Resources Professionals are challenged to take on responsibilities that will enhance their skills in leadership, problem-solving and communications. They work as business partners aligned to Manufacturing's goals and objectives. Through the utilization of teams and individual skill sets Talent Management moves the organization forward. Talent Management Leadership are assigned to mid-level professional roles in our manufacturing plants. Some job responsibilities and assignments include, but are not limited to the following areas: leadership development, performance management, salary staffing, organization development, labor relations, and hourly and salary talent management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with various levels of employees, from hourly to executive
  • Ability to work as part of a team

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Human Resources
  • Demonstrates progressively responsible roles
  • HR systems knowledge including PeopleSoft
  • Labor relations experience beneficial
  • Manufacturing experience
