The District Sales Manager is an entry-level, revenue-generating sales role working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and RAM dealerships for a specific region within one of FCA's Business Centers across the country. The District Manager is responsible for maximizing retail sales, vehicle production, performance, and revenue and achieving established targets in his/her district, composed of up to 40 dealerships within the region. The District Manager will serve as a liaison between the dealers' and FCA Corporate Headquarters to assist in all areas of retail development. The District Manager will forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line, ensure dealer orders meet market demand, manage monthly vehicle allocation and schedule to ensure maximum production capability within the district. Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. Review and analyze dealer financial statements and consult with dealers to improve their operations and retail business. Assist dealers to ensure compliance with FCA US LLC Dealer Standards, as well as ensure that advertising is consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines. Ensure that proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships while identifying areas for improvement. Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, and financial statement reviews. Train dealership personnel on new products.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Willing to relocate for promotional opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
  •  Past sales experience, specifically in an automotive environment
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excel in building positive working relationships, cost assessment and conflict resolution
  • Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
