The Plant Human Resources Manager leads a team of HR professionals in accomplishing all functions of the Human Resources Department in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include people development, labor relations, talent management and employment. In addition, the Plant Human Resources Manager partners with operating management in defining and implementing business strategies and associated HR initiatives and World Class Manufacturing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field
  • 8 years combined experience in one or more of the following areas: people development, labor relations, talent management, HR policy deployment and/or organizational planning
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience working in industrial setting
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
