The Ram Regional Manager position will coordinate the Ram brand strategy within the Business Center by ensuring all efforts are focused on leading the region toward the achievement of the following goals: maximizing Ram market share, sales and variable profit contribution. This will be accomplished by working across various groups including small business sales teams, local Area Managers and external partners. The Manager will serve as the truck knowledge expert, providing Ram and competitive product information as well as local market intelligence to the business center and headquarter management teams. The Regional Manager is also responsible for leading a team of three Ram Area Managers in the daily activities of consulting Ram dealerships within their assigned territories. Activities will include, but not limited to, consultation with dealership management on market opportunities, training of personnel on Ram product and coordination of grassroots events aimed at increasing awareness of the Ram brand. It will be the responsibility of the Ram Regional Manager to drive the performance of the Ram Regional team to ensure Ram targets are being met in the Business Center.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 10 + years automotive manufacturer, dealership, and or sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent data analysis skills including complex data evaluation resulting in action plans designed to improve performance
  • Sales experience, prefer truck or commercial vehicle sales related
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and listening skills)
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with building and training effective teams
  • Expertise in truck segment brands and nameplates
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint, Excel, Work) and Chrysler system knowledge (Dealer Connect, Field Connect, Experian)
