The Service and Parts District Manager acts as a direct liaison between FCA and a concentration of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships within one of our regional Business Centers. The District Manager's responsibility is to lead and consult dealers within his/her district to drive business process development and Service & Parts success. By focusing on the customer experience and working with dealers to create effective business plans to achieve revenue and other targets, the District Manager will ensure dealers maximize their competitiveness in the marketplace while creating customer retention and loyalty. This positions functions primarily out of the Business Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively consult dealership management to create effective business plans aimed at achieving Service, Parts & Accessories growth
  • Support the planning, development, implementation and customer experience initiatives and customer handling that will build FCA/dealership customer retention
  • Grow Service & Parts revenue and achieve key targets at the district and dealership level
  • Engage dealers in all areas of retail service and parts development, including parts and accessory marketing and retail displays and CRM efforts to drive traffic
  • Assess parts inventory and proper stocking levels and identify improvement opportunities to best support retail and wholesale business
  • Review and analyze dealer financial information to drive operational improvement
  • Ensure service marketing initiatives are consistent with corporate guidelines
  • Train dealership personnel on FCA/Mopar products offerings, strategies, and programs

Through proactive business planning and a focus on the customer, the District Manager will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of Service & Parts performance consistent with corporate and industry direction. In doing so, he/she will achieve revenue, customer satisfaction, and other targets that position FCA and its dealers to be leaders in the Service & Parts industry and deliver a world-class after-sales experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive or related fields
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales or marketing experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excel in building positive working relationships, cost assessment and conflict resolution
  • Willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Automotive or a related field of study
  • Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
  • Dealership fixed operations experience and/or experience in business development in an automotive related industry
