The Service and Parts Area Manager position is a revenue-generating sales position, working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT and FCA US dealerships within FCA's Business Center. The Area Manager is responsible for business process development and growth in dealerships' Parts and Service departments, to increase revenue and achieve established targets in his/her district. This role will serve as a liaison between the dealers and FCA to interact in all areas of retail service and parts development including parts and accessory marketing and retail displays, service marketing to drive traffic, and customer handling to improve the dealer's customer retention. The Area Manager will review parts inventory and proper stocking levels and provide consultation on improvement opportunities. Review and analyze dealer financial information and consult with dealers to improve their Service and Parts business operations. Ensure local service marketing initiatives are consistent with corporate guidelines and are priced properly to generate service traffic at the required levels to achieve objectives. The Area Manager will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher level of performance consistent with corporate and industry direction. Training dealership personnel on Mopar products and offerings is another critical responsibility.
