The Administration Analyst I - Logistics requires attention to detail and ability to identify and execute process improvement initiatives that focus on increased customer satisfaction in the shipping department. The Analyst must have detailed knowledge of shipping follow up, records integrity, creating shipping matrix, scheduling outbound loaded trailers to depots, and contacting carriers for ordering trailers. This candidate must also have the ability to handle month end closing responsibilities to achieve success for depot. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to customer service support for contacting dealerships with critical customer issues, and the generation of daily shipping documents. The candidate must be able to problem solve in a positive, proactive work environment to ensure the integrity shipping business process of FCA.
- High School Diploma
- Experience in Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Must be customer focused
- Must possess interpersonal skills
- Must have flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift
- Knowledge of UPS process or shipping, tracking, processing for dealers
