The Parts Source Warehouse - Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the building and facilities related maintenance, project upgrades, additions, addressing Prime Line throughput and downtime related issues with equipment in a production environment. The Maintenance Manager will practice the FCA Leadership Principles in a World Class Logistics (WCL) - warehousing facility while holding themselves and others accountable. The Maintenance Manager will coordinate daily requirements and activities per World Class Logistics (WCL) standards (particularly the Autonomous and Professional Maintenance Pillar activities) while impacting the overall equipment effectiveness, through a systematic approach of planning and executing key maintenance enablers and coordinating all activities utilizing the TMS system. The Manager will also coordinate the skilled trades work force to meet daily objectives. The selected candidate will support all re-warehousing initiatives and Tool Stores compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Technical/Engineering discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience
  • Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
  • Must meet immigration requirements
  • Experience leading skilled trades work groups
  • Must possess a working knowledge of advanced technical problem solving tools
  • Ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the plant from hourly represented employees to senior leadership as required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical field
  • Previous manufacturing and or skilled trades supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
  • Previous experience working in a union environment
  • Stamping manufacturing facility experience
  • Strong experience with WCM/WCL methodologies
  • Understand and can use the new corporate PentaSAP system and TMS
  • Experience with PLC, machine installation, robotic automation and application
