Brand Marketing Manager - RAM & Dodge Job, Greenwood Village, CO

The Brand Marketing Manager in the Denver Business Center will manage current and future vehicles in defining and optimizing: marketing strategies, sales, profitability, incentives and communications to dealers. This individual will be the lead manager for the RAM and Dodge brands and will be accountable for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives, while focusing on the regional development of a brand and product awareness. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use data to clearly identify market trends, and make concise recommendations to Business Center Senior Leadership in delivering defined results. The role will require creative thinking, flexibility with daily time management, strong analytical abilities/presentation/communication skills and confidence with proposing results-driving initiatives to a variety of audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of automotive experience in sales, marketing, product strategy or finance
  • Knowledgeable about trucks and has a thorough understanding of the RAM lineup and competition
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategic/tactical plans through executive level presentations to Senior Management and large groups of stakeholders; including dealers, business centers and media
  • Expert at PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills
  • Team player with strong individual and leadership skills and ability to multitask/prioritize
  • Motivated and outgoing individual who wants to develop within FCA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of FCA brands, competitive OEMs and US market
  • Experience with managing/executing OEM new vehicle incentive strategies
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to identify common ground amongst individuals with divergent opinions and perspectives
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate positive attitude, with challenges viewed as opportunities
