The Customer Care Reporting and Analytics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and generating insights from customer data to support the Customer Assistance Centers. This position provides support for reoccurring reporting and analysis associated with call centers and service customer satisfaction. The position will also identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics capabilities and assist in system enhancement projects. The Customer Care Reporting and Analytics Analyst position is responsible for customer care reporting, development of queries in DB2 SQL, and assisting in advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

The Customer Care Reporting and Analytics Analyst will focus on the following functions:

  • Development of ad hoc DB2 SQL queries
  • Generate weekly scorecard reports from existing reporting system
  • Generation of other reports as necessary
  • Assist in predictive modeling (linear regression, logistic regression, etc.)
  • Identify trends in data and develop solutions to ad hoc issues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Decision Science/ Statistics
  • Advanced knowledge of DB2 SQL
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce reporting tools
  • Goal-oriented and self-directed
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to drive change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate experience using statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.)
  • Expert level in Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA)

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in above related area of study
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and be proficient with new software applications
