The Mopar Supply Chain Capital & Warehouse Cost Management Lead will be responsible for working with Finance, WCL team, Facilities Management, and the Warehouse Managers for our 23 PDCs to program manage the cost status of our capital projects versus our budget. This individual will be responsible for coordinating a weekly team meeting as well as preparing, presenting and leading a Monthly Governance Meeting that includes our Mopar Controller and Head of Mopar Supply Chain. In addition to these responsibilities, the individual with work closely with a small team on a 5-year capital plan and proposal for future year budgets.

Additional responsibilities will include working alongside the rest of the Cost Management team in monthly cost reporting and coordination of cost saving reviews to support Mopar Supply Chain in achieving annual cost savings goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Automotive experience, supply chain management, finance or purchasing experience
  • 2+ years prior program management experience

  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in project planning and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive change and think creatively
