The Systems Group Manager will be responsible for staffing, managing and leading Systems and LV/HV Architecture engineering teams.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and lead team of engineers to develop System requirements and LV/HV Architecture design for electrified vehicle applications
  • Plan and execute team deliverables to meet program timelines
  • Provide the necessary technical guidance and structure to ensure efficient team operation 
  • Build effective team and have development plan for every team members
  • Maintain positive attitude and a safe work environment
  • Perform PLM evaluations for the team and provide continuous feedback
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to continually refine team outputs
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to Senior Management 
  • Coordinate System and Architecture development across NAFTA, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field from an ABET accredited university 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Systems and/or Product Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of electrification experience 
  • Highly motivated/self-starter with strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Experienced in managing and leading teams
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Strong technical, verbal and written communication skills to lead and support management level presentations 
  • Experience with working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or related Engineering field from an ABET accredited university 
  • Previous background in diverse functional areas
  • Experience in variety of hybrid architectures
  • Experience in building and developing emerging teams
