What You'll Do:

The Treasury Senior Analyst will be responsible for a variety of Treasury related assignments within the organization which could include cash management, cash forecasting, compliance, and back office operations. Potential projects include in-house banking initiatives focusing on cash pooling, intercompany lending, and foreign currency settlements. The qualified candidate may also work closely with FCA's Treasury operations within Mexico as well as third-party banking institutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field OR Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance or Accounting (if undergraduate degree not Accounting/Finance) 
  • Minimum of 8 years Finance and/or Accounting experience or Master's with 7 years' relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, develop new skills and improve processes
  • Ability to break down problems into meaningful parts, come to rational and well thought out conclusions and communicate conclusions clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects
  • Ability to multitask, and to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, CPA, CFA or CTP designation
  • Treasury experience in a large corporate environment
