The Safety Campaign Coordinator will act as leadership of the field campaign workflow for assigned campaigns in all stages of development and execution. She/he will be responsible for Campaign Source Package of new remedy parts unique for a campaign from creating to approval, responsible for campaign regulatory compliance for all safety recalls and internal defect reporting standards and manage program assigned safety recalls. The selected candidate will work collaboratively to coordinate stakeholders (VSRC, Engineering, MOPAR Purchasing, MOPAR Supply Chain, MOPAR Technical Service Operations, Customer Care, MOPAR Supplier Quality, Warranty Finance) to ensure required timing, quality, application metrics, delivery and capacity options are fully explored and aligned. Take charge in leading resolution of all stakeholder conflicts and escalation where appropriate. In this position, you'll oversee and check all aspects of campaign execution, including regulatory communications, repair instructions, BOM, supply, validation testing, packaging, inventory controls and supplier quality plans. You be required to monitor field campaign completion rate performance and work within team on the implementation of outreach application and manages other suggestions for completion improvements proposals. As well as, be responsible for working with all stakeholders to resolve post campaign launch complaints (CAIR, VOQ, Forums, etc.) in a timely basis. In addition, you'll facilitate the activity for root cause and resolution of remedy field concerns globally, report campaign status metrics as necessary at weekly Recall Executive Steering Committee (RESC) as well as the bi-monthly senior management Recall Execution Update review and NHTSA report submissions as requested.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other Technical degree from an ABET accredited university
  • A minimum of 5 years project/program management experience in cross-functional roles with increasing responsibility required
  • Ability to rally cross functional team and influence colleagues within FCA
  • Passionate about delivering results

  • High energy, can effectively work in high pressure area and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Unafraid to make tough calls
  • Build the best teams and develop successors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, MOPAR, or Manufacturing preferred
