What You'll Do:
 
The Rental and Government Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing Fleet's largest market; approximately 300K annual units. This includes supporting the day-to-day operations of the Fleet Market, annual Incentive approvals through senior management, margin evaluation of Fleet unique situations and preparing business cases and presenting to management. This is a critical position within Fleet Finance and plays a key role in developing and reporting Fleet financial information.
  • Responsible for managing the weekly incentive payments to customers.
  • Manage month-end closing activities, including the preparation of incentive accruals and reserve balances.
  • Responsible for monthly forecast reporting, Cash forecast and Balance Sheet forecast.
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting for Finance and Operations senior management
  • Monitoring internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Significant interaction with Fleet Operations, IT, Audit, Internal Controls.
  • Manage one FLDP position

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field OR Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance or Accounting (if undergraduate degree not Accounting/Finance) 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in Audit, SOX and Internal Controls
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CMA, CPA or equivalent 
  • SAP and HFM/NiaGaRa experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Pricing and/or Platform Finance experience 
  • Ability to multi task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, summarize data and draw conclusions
