What You'll Do:
The Related Party Accounting Analyst is responsible for:
  • Assisting in the compilation and analysis of accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements, including the notes and reports both internally and externally to FCA
  • Monitoring internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
  • Ensuring proper reporting of related party activities
  • Performing variance analyses
  • Reconciling activities with related party entities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; if no degree in Accounting or finance, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Accounting Designation (i.e. CPA, CMA, CA) 
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting concepts, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent 
  • Experience with SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate team building skills, Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Excellent accounting and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills with a bias for action and issue resolution
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a time constrained environment
