The Ram Commercial Brand Advertising Manager directly supports the Senior Manager in development of Ram Commercial Truck/Van nameplate marketing strategy and the development of Ram Commercial brand communication strategy and positioning. This position will have ownership of the execution of Tier I Ram Commercial Truck/Van Advertising content development and implementation into all relevant communication channels. The Manager will require knowledge of Commercial Truck/Van market dynamics and ability to provide strategic 360 communications solutions to grow the brand and sales opportunities.

In addition, direct coordination with cross-functional groups is required to ensure brand strategy/identity alignment is provided in the following areas:

  • Tier I and Tier II media
  • Tier II advertising
  • Brand websites
  • Tier I and Tier II online media/optimization
  • Mobile marketing
  • Social media
  • Owner loyalty
  • CRM initiatives
  • Product integration
  • Experiential marketing
  • Licensing/merchandising
  • Catalog/literature design
  • Brand partnerships/sponsorships
  • Small business team integration
  • Ram Area Manager support
  • Vocational shows 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
  • 5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • 1 year of experience with managing programs in a minimum of two of the following functions: product catalogs, events, digital strategy, website strategy, CRM and point of sale materials
  • Passion for innovative and industry leading opportunities and solutions that drive sales results
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
  • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple programs
  • Exceptional team player/thought leader with the credibility and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly
  • Organized self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing and/or agency experience
  • Automotive experience
