The Reporting & Analytics Specialist is a key component to the overall success of Mopar's timely and accurate support of FCA vehicles both pre- and post-launch. This is a cross-functional role within Mopar focusing on various KPIs and related trends to aid in the identification of Mopar risk, opportunity, and success. This role resides within Technical Service Operations (TSO); however, you will gain exposure to and be responsible for inputs from Mopar Parts Supply Chain, Accessories, Purchasing, and Technical Training.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead design and development of cross-functional Mopar vehicle readiness, post launch, and other related reports including analytic dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics capabilities and collaborate to implement related enhancements
  • Coordinate collection of inputs as needed from Mopar input stakeholders to populate and publish applicable reports
  • Monitor and identify trends in performance for various Mopar KPIs
  • Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams on investigative advanced analytics and predicative modeling projects
  • Create executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Participate in project-based assignments which improve upon Mopar's vehicle support and the customer experience
  • Develop skills and leadership of this position

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Decision Science/ Statistics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with data/reporting analytics
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to interact and network effectively with various personality types and management levels
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to drive change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-directed
  • Works well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in above related area of study
  • Minimum of 1 year of automotive experience
  • Strong understanding of Mopar branches and their functions
  • Business Intelligence tool / QlikSense experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and be proficient with new software applications
