The Network Planning Analyst candidate will support Dealer Network Analysis and Reporting.

Job responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Dealership and Network Performance Monitoring
  • Conduct regular market performance and industry analysis to identify trends, providing recommendations to enhance the Dealer Network Plan to maximize FCA performance
  • Support market planning managers with updating dealer network systems with relevant market data for quality reporting. Litigation Support and Adherence to Legal and Statutory Requirements
  • Support litigation discovery requests, by retrieving relevant data/reports pertinent to the legal cases
  • Conduct relevant market area (RMA) analysis to communicate notice/protest procedure of implementing dealer network actions. Ad-hoc Analysis, Process Design and Quality Control Support
  • Work extensively with all business units and ITM to form alliances and ensure market representation tools and process are up-to-date, at all times
  • Ensure established Dealer Network Planning KPI measurements are consistently in place and adjusted as required to deliver transparency, at all times
  • Quality Control of all reporting metrics: Minimum Sales Responsibilities (MSR), Planning Potential (PP), Provisioning System, Open Point Tracking, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of automotive experience
  • High level of professionalism: self-directed and motivated
  • Project/Time Management and Delivery skills to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITM systems knowledge and expertise
  • Strong technical skills working with and manipulating large data sets
  • Understanding of Dealer Information, Dealership Operations, and Business Center process
  • Experience with Statistical and Financial Analysis
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Business Objects) and ad-hoc analysis
  • Intermediate Skill Level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
