What You'll Do:

The Network Development/FCA Realty Financial Analyst will assist with the coordination and management of financial activities and operational support. The position will work closely with operations and finance to manage G&A costs, capital/lease projects, assets, and cash controls.
  • Review and analyze initial costs/updates for rent, maintenance, taxes and insurance for operating, prime, and dealer leases
  • Work with operations and real estate broker to evaluate, analyze and develop operating lease projects
  • Review invoices, requisitions, and agreements to ensure financial accuracy, justification, and compliance
  • Review real estate/supplier contracts and perform financial checklist review prior to management approvals
  • Develop, analyze, manage, and control capital and disposal projects
  • Provide accounting guidance, knowledge, and financial support to operations team
  • Assist with the preparation of senior management presentations
  • Assist with special studies and detailed analysis

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; if no Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, must have a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in Finance or Accounting

Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ESSBASE
  • Accounting background and prior SAP and HFM experience desired 
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, communication (oral/written) , and inter-personal skills
  • Strong work ethic and be able to initiate, as well as, take the lead on projects
  • Results-oriented and potential to plan, develop, implement and measure results
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
