What You'll Do:

The NAFTA CapEx Consolidation Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for the complete development of the Monthly CapEx Forecast, including both T&F and ER&D.

  • Maintain current and historical CapEx data for CapEx Department
  • Develop Program Listing monthly of all existing CapEx programs
    • Post to SharePoint for Product Development use
  • Manage Monthly Forecast Assessment Meetings with Functional Areas
    • Develop Data based on PSAP Actuals and Semplice Forecast
    • Coordinate and run meetings with proper functional groups (Assembly, Stamping, Powertrain, Vendor Tooling, Material Handling, ICT, etc.)
    • Ensure input of resulting data into PSAP or Semplice as required
  • Develop Actual Month Reporting (with CapEx Semplice Analyst) utilizing Semplice/PSAP
    • Develop Actual Month reporting by Program and Executor
    • Assist CapEx Spending Group Consolidation Senior Analyst as needed with reconciliation to Accounting figures
    • Assist CapEx Spending Group Consolidation Senior Analyst as needed with SempCube submission to Italy
    • Trouble-shoot issues related to improper PSAP and Semplice CapEx data
  • Develop Forecast Reporting
    • Develop Forecast Reporting by Program and Executor 
    • Review and obtain approval with Management by 10th Workday
    • Submit to FP&A based on published timetable
  • Coordinate Forecast with other groups, specifically:
    • ER&D
    • Powertrain
  • Develop Presentation Package
    • Chart Data, By Segment Data, T&F, ER&D, Combined
    • Month-to-Month comparison
    • Approved/Unapproved Reporting, Yet-to-Go Reporting
    • Coordinate with NNM Analyst
    • R&O
  • Develop GEC Variance Reporting for FGA Monthly submissions
    • Period-to-Period Reports
    • Major Program detail (.ppt files)
  • SOX contact for related CapEx activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; if no Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, must have a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (MBA) 
  • Minimum 8 years of Finance experience or a Master's Degree with 7 years of Finance experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of PentaSAP experience 
  • Semplice experience
