The Mopar Brand Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the development, production and execution of all sales and product training-related materials in support of the Mopar Brand, including such projects as the following:

  • Web-based courses (for new after-sales related initiatives)
  • Job aids / print materials
  • News and Updates
  • Mopar and aftermarket related technologies
  • Skills and process workshops and 20 groups (as applicable)
  • DM training initiatives (as applicable)
  • Dealership and internal communications

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Lead project teams to research, develop, and implement training programs and innovative learning solutions with the correct brand messaging
  • Interface with all levels of organization to communicate Mopar brand objectives and manage projects to completion
  • Supports both FCA Performance Institute and Mopar brand's department goals
  • Work with internal team members and agency teams to meet CA training and certification requirements
  • Manage and communicate with project teams, agency, vendors, SMEs and stakeholders throughout all stages of design, development and implementation
  • Ensure training and development services are within budget and meet quality criteria and business needs
  • Track and monitor all Mopar training-related metrics and report results to FCA Performance Institute and Mopar brand management as required
  • Attend all Mopar brand team meetings
  • Interface with ICT team and project manage key ICT-related communications, including:
    • Ongoing communication meetings, including related goals/objectives
    • Coordination of resources as required to fulfill related project requirements
    • Collaboration with FCA Performance Institute management and ICT representatives in an ongoing capacity to ensure optimized communication and coordination of efforts
    • Participate in ICT-related meetings, conference calls, etc. as required, and keep management apprised of field input/feedback/requests
  • Actively participate in the ideation process for all projects assigned, including Mopar brand, ICT, and ad hoc additional assignments throughout calendar year
  • Actively participate in/lead FCA Performance Institute Redline teams as opportunities arise
  • Work collaboratively and constructively with all internal FCA Performance Institute competencies and departments to develop influence, knowledge base and effective working relationships
  • Present any/all Mopar brand, ICT or other projects to FCA Performance Institute trainers quarterly (as required)
  • Consistently evaluate project management and development processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Attend project-related meetings, reviews, etc. as required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Proven experience working in team-oriented environment managing variety of marketing, communication and training initiatives across all media
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects on-time, on-budget and on-message
  • Excellent and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills essential
  • High level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all project stakeholders
  • Proven team player and relationship builder

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven process improvement experience desired
  • Curriculum development and automotive industry training experience preferred
  • Dealership retail experience preferred but not required
  • General automotive systems and component knowledge a plus
