The Medical Administration and Compliance Manager is responsible for day- to-day medical operations ensuring compliance with FCA policies, federal and state regulations, and professional standards in the delivery of quality medical care. The selected candidate will function as the subject matter expert for the electronic medical record, PentaSAP, and MSOS databases providing support for upgrades and end-user training. Additional responsibilities are to facilitate staff orientation; coordinate annual training programs designed to meet compliance standards; to deliver professional guidelines; and facilitate changes in operations. The Manager conducts and coordinates audits of medical documentation, medical surveillance exams, and compliance with medical administrative polices at each FCA facility. The Manager also participates in Local nursing negotiations in the US and Canada.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Active board certification in occupational health
  • A minimum of 8 years of occupational health nursing experience
  • Practical knowledge and application of OSHA Record keeping
  • Experience with OSHA medical surveillance examination and regulatory compliance
  • Previous medical services leadership in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Experience working in a Unionized environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or advanced Degree in Nursing or related field
