The Human Resources Compliance Supervisor is responsible for HR process and SOX compliance for all U.S. plants as well as headquarters. The selected individual will lead and manage the team's daily activities in terms of ensuring transactional compliance as well as identifying new approaches and opportunities to ensure compliance as processes evolve. This individual will also work within Human Resources to understand key processes, identify and mitigate risks, and make recommendations that will ensure the control and integrity of Human Resource operational activities. This Individual will work closely with internal colleagues to ensure FCA business rules and requirements are being fulfilled with the highest level of accuracy, completeness and integrity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with 3 years of relevant work experience working in an audit, human resources, or call center/service center capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred
  • Experience with documenting, analyzing and improving business processes
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience with SOX or internal controls
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with reporting analytics and metrics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including thorough documentation techniques
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
  • Keen business acumen, strong analytic skills and tremendous drive for results
  • High energy and personal motivation with a consistent "can do" attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of emotional intelligence and skilled at building relationships
  • Open minded and a champion of change
