What you'll do:

Be a member of one of the most visible departments in the finance organization. Our Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team has an opening for an experienced financial senior analyst. We are seeking an individual who will help drive and enhance our reporting and analysis strategy, involving everything from data management to complex value-add analysis for top management. This is a critical position and will play a key role in developing the analytical capabilities to drive the next generation of corporate reporting and insight. The position will support Global Executive Council (GEC) reporting, participate in special projects (including benchmarking reviews and cost reduction initiatives) and be the point of contact for our most critical industrial functional groups (e.g. Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Finance) as well as for other key finance functions (e.g. Accounting, Investor Relations and Global FP&A) and partner with them to drive results and provide relevant and timely data and recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / Master's Degree or CPA
  • CFA and or solid knowledge of accounting and external reporting requirements
