Be a member of one of the most visible departments in the finance organization. Our Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team has an opening for an experienced financial specialist. We are seeking an individual who will help drive and enhance our reporting and analysis strategy, involving everything from data management to complex value-add analysis for top management. This is a critical position and will play a key role in developing the analytical capabilities to drive the next generation of corporate reporting and insight.

What You'll Do:

The Commercial FP&A Analyst II will support Global Executive Council (GEC) financial and volume reporting by analyzing financial impact of global commercial volumes, as well as consolidating/tracking the global shipments, sales, and stock data. You will be the point of contact for US Retail, Sales & Marketing, Incentives and Product Planning and be responsible for the consolidation and reporting of monthly actual/forecast requirements. You will support Global FP&A, Investor Relations and Accounting to drive results, provide relevant/timely data and recommendations to management for decision making as well as support Quarter-end and Year-end financial results reporting. Furthermore, you will work with Supply Chain Management & International Finance teams on global volume reporting efficiencies as well as other ad hoc assignments and project.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other Technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Ability to prioritize assignments with tight deadlines and the ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with employees throughout the corporate hierarchy
  • Strong proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint, Essbase and HFM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / Master's Degree or CPA preferred 
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with exposure to commercial and/or industrial groups
  • A minimum of 3 years of variance analysis experience (actual/budget/forecast comparison) and period-to-period analysis
