The Digital Website Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and optimization of Chrysler's Interactive Marketing by overseeing the development and maintenance of Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Jeep, Ram/Ram Commercial, Chrysler, Chrysler Commercial Vehicles and FIAT brand websites for all devices (desktop, tablet, phablet, mobile), inclusive of overseeing all shopping tool functionality and back-end infrastructure support. This role will lead both internal and external partners in the successful execution of the digital marketing strategy. This position will continually improve content, functionality and user experience on Interactive sites in support of corporate, brand and marketing business objectives through established KPIs including optimizing sites, implementing process improvements, and assessing / integrating new technology solutions. This role will also establish short and long-term strategic actions to maintain / improve competitive position, as well as develop and oversee deployment of business solutions to achieve core business objectives. The Digital Website Manager will track KPIs and prioritize work assignments using quantitative and strategic tools to assess operational and business trade-offs. Manage agency budgets / SOWs for domestic and international.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of Digital Marketing experience in a corporate team environment 
  • Demonstrated experience developing business requirements for digital website 
  • Product / Project management experience with knowledge / experience of industry leaders 
  • Strong knowledge of metrics and concepts used in digital marketing technologies
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to give exceptional attention to detail 
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to evaluate data objectively
