Dealer Network Development Specialist - Maserati Job, Auburn Hills, MI

FCA is seeking a mid-level Specialist with at least 5 years of broad based experience in automotive OEM Market Representation, Dealer Development and Retail Sales Operations. An extensive background in dealer and manufacturer relations is required, as is the ability to thoroughly understand and interpret personal and dealer financial statements and balance sheets. Candidates must possess the skills necessary to immediately manage all aspects of the Market Representation area including administering retail facility programs at the automotive dealer level. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and a working knowledge of MS MapPoint and/or other mapping software.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing required
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise network aspect of the auto industry, retail dealer operations and dealer financials
  • Understand franchise law and terminology, lease/purchase sales agreements and realty functions
  • Proven skills to analyze dealer representation marketplace
  • Creatively think to build the network, develop sound network market proposals
  • Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill set
  • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
  • Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 (Access and Visio)
  • Advance knowledge of network dealer development requirements
