The Consolidations Analyst II is the Finance single point of contact for all program based Engineering, Research & Development (ER&D) spending, including labor hours, headcount, budgets and forecasts for various vehicle and/or powertrain product programs. This individual works closely with the Engineering (Model Planners) and Product Finance (Model Controllers) staffs. Responsibilities include basic controlling oversight, forecast and budget development, actual and forecast reporting, program spending and KPI tracking, review and approval of spending requisitions, cost reduction opportunity identification, and ad-hoc reporting/special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; if no Bachelor's degree, must have a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Finance
  • Proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years in Budgeting and Forecasting, Capital Expenditure Investment, Comparative Financial Analysis, Financial Trend Analysis, Application of Accounting Principles, or Program Management
  • Ability and desire to identify opportunities and process improvements
