The Community Impact Manager will propel the expansion and evolution of Motor Citizens, FCA's employee volunteer program, working with stakeholders throughout FCA and the community to develop robust service projects, programs and partnerships. The manager will promote and implement service as part of FCA's corporate social responsibility strategies.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate Motor Citizen volunteer programming in SE Michigan and over 30 other geographies
  • Empower employees and community partners to pursue a diverse range of volunteer opportunities
  • Creatively capture and market Motor Citizens internally and externally
  • Support the Motor Citizens Grant Program and other FCA Foundation service initiatives
  • Gather and synthesize data regarding scale, depth and distribution of Motor Citizens service
  • Serve as a spokesperson, advocate and role model for Motor Citizens as both an employee benefit and community benefit

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented, can effectively manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Deep knowledge of and experience with the nonprofit sector
  • Thrives on taking initiative, is solution driven, responsive and accountable
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management or operations experience, preferably in a cross-sector role
  • Strategic and tactical experience with corporate volunteer programming
