The Commercial Sales Operations Manager role is a critical support and leadership role within the Large Commercial Fleet Sales Support Team. The Sales Support Team manages multiple areas of Fleet sales processes including Business Development with Fleet Management Company (FMC) partners, sales presentations, pricing & incentive strategies, CRM system maintenance and development, sales reporting, and sales training. This team provides the Large Commercial Fleet Sales field with tools necessary to answer customer inquiries and win conquest and incremental business for all FCA brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat). The Commercial Sales Operations Manager will be directly responsible for Commercial Incentive Program Management, FMC sales strategies and benchmarking. This role will interface with both National Sales Managers (NSMs) and Regional Account Executives (RAEs) in order to drive volume; as well as, competitive and consistent incentive strategies. In addition, the Manager will work cooperatively with Fleet Market Requirements to deliver sales materials based on Go-To-Market strategies. This position will ensure the sales team has consistent product messaging and drive focus to optimize contribution margin. A successful candidate will be able to identify gaps in results / processes and provide necessary proactive steps to develop strategies and tracking to achieve field sales goal attainment. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Fleet Management Companies & Field Sales Support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years of automotive or commercial sales experience
  • 2 years' sales strategy experience
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload
  • Able to work collaboratively with a large team
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic forward planning
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Brand and/or incentive experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce 
  • Sales reporting experience 
  • Fleet commercial sales experience 
  • B2B sales experience 
  • Business planning and strategy experience
