The Business Operations Analyst will provide support, create, and maintain improvement models working with the functional area(s) at CTC. This position requires a blend of WCM, automotive engineering skills, IT knowledge and financial aptitude. In addition, the Business Operations Analyst coordinates CTC lab, shop and garage tours, CTC Evaluation Road, and works directly with Security, Safety, and Environmental on continuous improvement activities. This individual will proactively develop and support the process of automation tools and applications within all of the Vehicle Integration & Validation functional areas. Other responsibilities include: detailed analysis, graphical representations, and issues resolution for special assignments outside of first floor support activities in the engineering organization. The Business Operations Analyst will support all facilities suite planning and approval, process procurement submissions, department budgets, department databases, and assist leadership in preparation of presentations, reports and other projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of relevant experience in an automotive or similar environment
  • Advanced to expert skill level using MS Office Suite specially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced skills in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of complex data sets
  • The ability to adapt quickly in response to fluid operational situations
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to follow up on open items with all levels of management
  • Team player and self-starter
  • Process driven, high attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be assertive

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Science degree in Business Administration or Communications
  • Program management experience
  • Knowledge of WCM Methodology/Tools
  • Knowledge of Chrysler engineering mainframe applications
