The Branded Entertainment Manager is responsible for managing product placement assets, vehicle transportation and ROI measurement. The Branded Entertainment Manager will report to the Head of Branded Entertainment Marketing. The Manager will facilitate vehicle needs of on-screen product placement, which includes identifying, sourcing and shipping of vehicles. The Manager will be responsible for working through the various levels of approval, including Marketing, Brand, Finance, Purchasing and Legal. In addition, this role will also sustain the fleet through on-going maintenance to stay within the department's quota (i.e. scrapping and auctioning of old products). The Manager will be responsible for measuring placements across television, films and music videos through syndicated research tools. This information will be shared across the FCA Brand Leads to inform future decisions through the development of benchmarks. This individual also will work closely with FCA partner agencies to bring forth new opportunities and ensure current projects remain on schedule.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee both out-going and return transportation of FCA vehicles to and from production shoots
  • Maintain fleet to ensure vehicles remain operational and camera ready through maintenance/repairs
  • Assist in vehicle ordering and purging to maintain fleet within quota
  • Administer product placement process flow through both internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or logistics 
  • Understanding of goals and performance tracking
  • Able to manage a variety of agencies and be accountable for placements
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication and time management skills
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Ability to work within short deadlines, while upholding strong levels of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Artistic and independent thinker with business acumen
  • Candidate should be a self-starter, motivated and able to multi-task
