The keys to success of the Brand Advertising and Cross Regional Marketing position includes the ability to produce and deliver innovative marketing and advertising solutions, develop an annual advertising plan, manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide thought leadership and clear direction to agency teams. The qualified candidate will apply a deep understanding of the brand essence to achieve long-term vision and success. He/she will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulate key insights, conceptual ideas and strategic rationale as well as interact with senior management. Strong knowledge and experience in broadcast, print and digital production, time-action planning, presentation development and collaborative brainstorming are required. Broad understanding of cross-channel marketing trends technologies and tactics including TV, print, digital, social, mobile, CRM, and experiential media is required. The selected candidate will share best practices, have working knowledge of the automotive industry, identify key insights on new approaches to the convention of consumer-based communications and achieve new benchmarks in creative and advertising excellence. Additional responsibilities include working with and managing AOR and other agency partner annual communications, business scope, creative briefs, planning goals and success measures, calendar of deliverables and project timing. Will be required to develop and manage the annual creative production budget.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 5 years of brand marketing/management, brand communications, advertising or related experience
  • Experience building 360-degree marketing campaigns inclusive of advertising, digital and social media tactics
  • Competence and confidence to lead a team of advertising agency account, strategic planning, production and creative personnel from strategic development to creative development to execution of creative campaigns and recap and reporting of results
  • A vast passion for brand building and consumer marketing in international markets
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
  • Exceptional team player and thought leader with credibility and integrity to earn peer, senior management and cross-functional team confidence quickly
  • Aptitude to listen and fully understand the various needs of internal stakeholders and successively propose defined solutions
  • Compelling ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with operational stakeholders and brand partners
  • Organized self-starter
  • Proficiency to multi-task and find solutions
  • Brand strategy development experience
  • Clear enthusiasm to develop industry leading advertising/communications campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • International automotive marketing/client or agency experience
  • Experience working abroad
  • Foreign language(s) knowledge
