The Process Analyst (Contract) will be responsible for: the oversight of Customer Name and Address (CNA) accuracy; monitoring CNA updates received daily from a variety of sources and ensuring the data is integrated accurately; developing techniques to identify errors, investigating the source of error and taking corrective action to minimize future issues; when issues are identified, assess the impact on Service Contract / Warranty ownership, Recall and downstream systems and feeds to vendors; working with ITM to effect recoveries; ensuring feeds to vendors are recovered so purchased services to customers are not impacted and billing for purchases services is accurate (e.g. Warranty Roadside assistance, Trip Interruption, Tire Hazard, Welcome kits etc.); reviewing CNA data purchased from the CCMTA (Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators) for Recall; monitoring data integrity and handling for recall notifications; working with CCMTA in identifying cross jurisdictional data issues to improve future data; and ensuring Service Level Agreements and vendor billing related to the fulfillment of Services covered by Warranty Roadside, Service Contract purchased services (i.e. Trip Interruption, Tire Hazard, Welcome kits)

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Math, Statistics or related area preferred)
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CNA / Recall / Warranty and Service Contracts
