The Communications Manager - Internal, Digital is responsible for: Preparing and executing the Internal communications strategy including Employee News Weekly; Maintaining the FCA Canada media and corporate website; Monitoring media results and reporting (electronic, broadcast, print, social); Maintaining Master media list; Producing media material (press kits, press releases, photography, video, digital); Assisting in planning, implementation, and support of Product/Corporate/Employee Communication initiatives and events; Managing corporate social media presence; and Providing department budget support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications/PR, Journalism or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Communications, Journalism or PR agency
  • Strong writing and editing abilities
  • Active presence in multiple social media spaces
  • Photography and video production experience
  • Full understanding of the media landscape in Canada, media needs, and media relationships
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Canada, the U.S. and abroad as required
  • Superior time management/multi-tasking/problem solving skills
  • Experience managing events and outside agencies
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French/English)
