Le Directeur de District Pieces et Service est base au Centre d'affaires du Quebec a Montreal et est responsable de la croissance des affaires aux Operations Fixes des concessionnaires Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram et FIAT. Les responsabilites incluent: maximization des ventes et des revenues de pieces et service, satisfaction de la clientele, du developpement des strategies pour rencontrer les objectifs, servcice a la clientele avec les concessionnaire, participation a des activites promotionnelles et programmess, la croissance de ventes au niveau des accessoires MOPAR, le contrôle des couts de garantie, la croissance des ventes de contrats de service, motiver les concessionnaires dans l'atteinte de hauts niveaux de performance, apporter des recommandations quant aux plans marketing, de l'analyse des etats financiers des concessionnaires et des lancements de nouveaux produits.

The Parts and Service District Manager is based in our Quebec Business Center in Montreal and is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and FIAT dealership parts and service business. Responsibilities of the position will include but not limited to: maximizing district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in his/her area of responsibility; acting as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, where it will counsel the latter in the management of inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs; ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement; supporting dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contact penetration; motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Baccalauréat de 1er cycle en administration des affaires, marketing ou un domaine connexe
  • Communication haut delà de la moyenne en français et en anglais tant au verbal qu'à l'écrit
  • À l'aise avec l'informatique et particulièrement les programmes Excel, Word ainsi que PowerPoint
  • Il est en règle avec les autorités Canadienne et Québécoise afin de pouvoir travailler au Canada
  • Bilingue (Francais/Anglais)

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Fully Bilingual (French/English)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Maîtrise
  • Expérience dans la vente et/ou la commercialisation, préférablement dans un domaine relié ou similaire à l'automobile
  • Auto-motivable avec forte propension à atteindre ses objectifs sous une supervision minimale
  • Reconnait qu'une relocalisation est nécessaire pour fins de promotion
  • Est disponible pour voyager afin de rencontrer ses concessionnaires attitrés

 

  • Master's degree
  • Sales experience, preferably automotive-related
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
  • Willing to relocate for promotional opportunities
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada/USA
