The Dealership Service Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits of franchise dealerships on-site to ensure payments made for warranty claims, incentive programs, and reported sales are properly supported by the dealership in accordance with Chrysler policies and procedures.

The Dealership Service Auditor will travel at least 80% of the time and will be based in the Montreal, QC area or work remotely within Eastern Canada, and will require access to a large metropolitan airport.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; an emphasis in accounting, finance, or automotive technology is desirable
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with automobile dealers
  • Knowledge of dealership sales and service operations along with accounting, finance, warranty administration and incentives are key for the successful candidate
  • Automotive technical knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working with all levels of dealership personnel
  • Strong English and French verbal and written skills are required
  • 80% or more travel required
  • Unquestionable integrity and credibility
  • Must be able to work independently and be decisive
  • Must possess independent planning, problem solving skills and have good presentation skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and Lotus Notes is necessary
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

  • Keen business acumen, strong analytic skills and tremendous drive for results
  • Experience with internal or external audit or involvement in some form of in-depth policy review
  • High energy and personal motivation with a consistent "can do" attitude
  • Drive by challenge and anxious to contribute
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of emotional intelligence and skilled at building relationships
  • Committed and accountable team player
